Effective 1 February, 2021, the third stage of the Fair Work Commission’s announcement of June 2020 came into effect for different groups of awards, which includes retail, accommodation and food services and a range of other industries.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are across any changes to awards/pay rates. We recommend clients contact Fair Work or HR to ensure the correct pay rates are being paid. BalanceWell Bookkeeping does not take responsibility for any pay rates being applied by clients.
